First and foremost the accessibility assistance is first class! Everyone was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was immersion into the past, present and future, a celebration of the NASA personnel and human kind's aspirations and courage. Celebrate our pioneers!

I'll admit to underestimating how much time it would take to see everything offered! We had to rush through things after our tour and we still only got into one building. We NEED to come back to spend time seeing everything else. We took the Explore Tour and it was amazing! The tour guide, Richard, was so knowledgeable and friendly. Take this tour! We were also fortunate to see a launch! It was complete happenstance as this was the third day of trying to launch this rocket.

It is unbelievable that a Space Center cannot schedule bus tours and cargo load transportation onsite ... Our bus was trapped behind one shipping at the speed of 5 mph, so I wasted around an hour following this cargo on the bus, therefore missing time to complete activities during my visit. I did enjoy what I had the time to see though, but I was missing probably 2 or 3 hours to complete the visit of the site. Also I could not redeem the food for included in my ticket.

The explanations, the human contact with the guide, being in the footsteps of J Glenn and N Armstrong. In the evening, we even got to see the Falcon 9 launch! In short, brilliant.
