• Did you know? A 100-year-old Jelutong tree was saved during the tower's construction by building a retaining wall around Bukit Nanas.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

• Please note that drone photography is not allowed.

• Weapons, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited inside the venue.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 with a valid ticket.

• The event features both outdoor and indoor celebrations. In the case of bad weather, the event will be moved indoors.

• Sky Deck access is limited to 300 guests at a time, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• For MyKad holders, please present your MyKad/Malaysian Identity Card at the ticketing counter upon redeeming your ticket.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
