KL Tower Tickets: Observation Deck

• Catch glimpses of the buzzing city and its towering skyscrapers below you, and upgrade your tickets to include access to Sky Deck and Sky Box.

• Feel the breeze against your skin as you head out to the outdoor Sky Deck for a better look, and enjoy the adrenaline rush as you stand on the glass floor of Sky Box.

• Upgrade your ticket to access the Tower Walk 100 and dare to walk 100 ft above ground level!

• Fun Fact: The tower is a popular spot for BASE jumpers, who have made over 3,000 jumps from the tower's platform.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

What's not allowed

KL Tower

• Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: personal bags, backpacks, and items larger than 16” x 16” x 8”.

Tower Walk 100

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft), under the weight of 34kg (74.96lb), and over the weight of 140kg (308.65lb).

• Keep in mind personal belongings including a camera and mobile phone are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Strict Dress Code: Wear flat, lace-up footwear and pants.

Accessibility

Tower Walk 100

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is only suitable for guests with sound physical health, good hand-eye coordination, and full mobility (without assistance or aid).

Additional information

Tower Walk 100

• Participants are required to sign an indemnity form for public liability insurance purposes.

• Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• On-site storage lockers are available.

KL Tower

• Guests are required to check in the MySejahtera app.

• Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

• Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

• The Sky Deck and Sky Box will remain closed in case of inclement weather.

• Please note that observation deck TH04 will be closed for maintenance from 10 December 2024 until further notice.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
