Thermal baths by the fireplace
At the Krauma Thermal Baths, you can plunge into five different geothermal pools. After an idyllic day exploring Reykholt at the Krauma, relax in one of two calming saunas or relax in the Relaxation Room by the fire.
The spa at Krauma Baths & Spa features five warm natural geothermal pools. In addition to this, the area also features one cold tub for facilitating blood circulation. There are two saunas and one relaxation room with a fireplace.
Saunas and cold baths
Among the three warm baths at Krauma, there are two spacious ones, two that resemble cochleas, and one that has a large plate you can sunbathe on while dipping yourself in the hot water. You can also enjoy the steam bath and outdoor showers, where you can lie down on timber benches and enjoy the steam warming your skin and softening it. Krauma also has a unique cold bath with an approximate temperature difference of 5°C and 8°C.
