It was not too crowded . The gardens and beautiful flower arrangements in the rooms were a delight. The ladies room was clean however the hand dryer wasn't working . The area seemed well maintained. The food service was adequate.

The whole château is magnificent. It is incredibly furnished and very clean. For me, it's one of the most beautiful châteaux in the Loire Valley. A must-see.

Convenient to book all the tickets. Surprised Chambord needs to pay additional fees for the audio guide device but Amboise no fees required for the guide device. Would have been better if the guide device is included for all the tickets

Great time with a pleasant, competent and humorous guide. The possibility of visiting freely, enjoying the park and its splendid views are an undeniable plus.

Cutting the queue when it's busy is a real treat when you're impatient. Thank you for offering us this privilege.

The queue-breaking tickets are really effective, and in some cases less expensive than at the station, but there's a small downside: sometimes the scanners don't work, so you have to go back to the ticket office to check, which wastes time.
