Entering the ruins with the on-line purchased tickets was quick, easy, and smooth.
Ruins were awesome, as they were on our first visit in 2017.

It was so easy booking tickets for Herculaneum on Headout! The site itself is well restored giving an interesting insight into life prior to the eruption! It was heartbreaking going down to the previous shoreline and seeing the skeletons of those who were waiting to be rescued! Loved the paintings which are still visible all these years later!
The only downside is that it is at least 20 min walk from the station. We struggled to find a bus or taxi to take us to the site.

The experience is worthy of having had it, simply as help for others, I have to say that the audio guide terminal should be positioned in real time to be able to guide you at all times, which does not happen.

Everything went smoothly. I would have preferred entrance to Pompeii without waiting in line as in Herculaneum. The entrance to Pompeii does not include the Villa of the Mysteries, you have to buy it at the ticket office and visit before 3 o'clock.

The palace I found it wonderful just as I remembered it, the pardo definitely improved and enhanced is wonderful, the only thing if I were you I would call someone to have the fish in the tanks taken care of because it's not nice to see you sick and it's not just my thought but of many visitors that while I was taking pictures I could hear them talking.
