The organization was very good, the train ride wonderful, the weather fantastic and the mountains unforgettably beautiful and breathtaking. The raclette at the Gorner Grad Hotel was great. All in all, a fantastic day that will be unforgettable.

On-Line advanced Ticket purchase - 10/10. Check in at Station in Zermatt - 7/10. This was confusiing and time consuming having to scan bar codes on phone to get an actual paper ticket. Why not just use the bar codes as the tickets? Very strange! Actual train rides were on time and trains were spotlessly clean.

The experience itself was amazing. The customer service where we had to collect tickets was appalling, the lady was so rude and unfriendly. I'm so glad our excitement did not allow her attitude to dampen our excitedness.
Also, the ice cave we feel had a damp/mould issue? Something was not right in there we believe as we came out unusually out of breath just walking up the short ramp to the elevator as we also witnessed other visitors in the same position.
