Great views of the stage. We were lucky that there wasnt anyone tall in front of us which can make the experience less entertaining especially for our young child.

Basically the team was not to blame and could not control the weather conditions. It was always very foggy, I booked on 2 different days and the situation was the same on both days. As for the staff, nothing to complain about, they even gave us vouchers to use another time.

The views were very good but limited on a dull day to about three to four miles in distance. The indicators referring to sites of particular interest were not very enightening. Signboards displaying the features using small maps or pictures above the windows woud beamore helpfiul.

The experience itself! It was very foggy/cloudy when we went but, fortunately, they gave us complimentary tickets to see the view from the shard better!

A special trip from Cornwall for my grandsons 18th birthday. So special rounded of by dinner at the Aqua Shard.Truly special champagne cocktails and live music at the top of Londons' highest building.Magical.
