Headout's organization was perfect 👍 Great responsiveness from our contact "Manuel" who did everything he could so that we could have the tour, as we were stuck in traffic and therefore late! On the other hand, the guides on site really forgot to smile and be friendly.... the tour itself is okay but nothing more (ausioguide). You can't see much, given the immensity of the building!... too bad for that and for the way the people on site welcomed you... some customers even got angry, feeling like they were being taken for cattle!..!

The building is impressive. A different tour because although you use an audio guide you can't go at your own pace. Every so often a group leaves and they move forward coordinated by a person. The duration is approximately one hour. You visit important parts of the building, but it is a limited visit. It is worth it.

The tour lived up to expectations while I did not like the check in for ticket collection at all. We had to hand over our IDs to a young lady who then took care of collecting the tickets with our IDs. I would honestly change such a system. Thank you

The instructions for reaching the meeting point on the ticket were confusing. Besides us, other people had difficulty meeting the guide , who had no markings to make her visible. On the ticket the meeting point was indicated in the plaza, when in fact it was down at the visitors' point. Also one does not have to go in independently to convert the ticket but the guide will do it. Otherwise it was an excellent experience!
