Although the ticket included a 30-minute video about the history of the site and an audio guide, when we arrived at the office, we were told that there was no video available, nor was there an audio guide. It would have been cheaper to just buy the tickets on the spot, because in the end, what we bought only gave us access, without the audio guide and explanatory video. The score of 3 is only because of the place, which is incredible. But the "experience" sold really left something to be desired.

When I arrived after walking a long distance I was told I had to go all the way to Piazza Venezia (and return!) to exchange my online booking for a ticket. Why can't this happen at the site!! I am 77 years old, and could walk no further in the heat and crowds. This prevented me from enjoying a splendid site I wanted to see. You took my money readily enough! You need to change your procedure!

I enjoyed the generic off site video presentation but for 10 euros extra for each ticket I thought we would be in a group guided tour with interpretation of the site.
