Attendants at all attractions were friendly and helpful, especially in the tower when it was cold and very windy. The museum is a misnomer - a should be called the conservator in action. What an amazing experience that was. Incredible work being done.

The Tower was spectacular. They did not let us into the Cathedral because they were in mass. It was not what I booked. They only gave me the Tower.

Excellent tickets, when you reserve the time slot, that's your time to access the tower, so make sure that you are 15 min earlier. If you have a backpack or purse, you must leave it in a free locker located in the yellow building just in front of the tower. Tickets are valid for all the museums. Amazing experience totally worth it.

The fact that visitors are attracted to special places is nothing unusual and therefore a high volume is always to be expected. I can therefore only recommend ordering the tickets you need via Headout to avoid the queues. It costs a little more than at the ticket office, but you are guaranteed to get the time slot you want.

It was easy to get them online. The only thing I didn't like was having to download an app to download the tickets. It would have been much better to just have the tickets auto-populate from an email.
