The theme park wasn't the issue. It was the lack of communications. 1. We were told to be at the Pick up point at 8.15am (30 mins before pick up time at 8.45am) 2. The bus didn't arrive until 9.45am 3. No one contacted us to inform us of any delay, so we thought we were being scammed 4. No one informed us that we would need Malaysian Arrival cards prior to entry 5. No one told us that we would need Singapore Arrival cards upon re-entry to singapore. 6. The guide only came once we entered Malaysia.. she really served no purpose other than to tell everyone 4 x times that you can't bring specific things back into Singapore... Just really poor organisation and communication. The theme park itself was fine. Thankfully.

My kids and I had a blast at the theme park, but one day wasn't nearly enough! They loved the rides, show, and tram, and I was blown away by Miniland – those tiny Lego bricks are amazing. The only bummer was the snack stalls closing at 4 pm; they should definitely stay open longer, especially during the holidays.
