Fourth visit! Love it. The experience feels so authentic. A lot of effort has been put in to make the sound, sight and smell of every set as accurate as possible. The actors are fantastic. Very realistic and never once do any falter or break out of character. The scares are thrilling and had my cousin jump out of his skin several times. In my opinion, this is one of the best attractions in London.

The advantage of your application was the easy access via QRCode. However, access on site was complicated because I had to send the tickets to an address provided by the entrance staff. I had a network problem, so they gave me the Wifi code. I think it's a shame to have electronic tickets with QRCode and have to print the tickets to get in. For the rest, the visit was very good and instructive, we really liked the place. Thank you very much. Sincerely

Good experience. The only thing is that in the confirmation email it says that you must bring the printed tickets, and when you get there it is not so. You can enter with your cell phone. It creates a bit of confusion.

Entrance to the Golden Gallery is subject to availability due to continued capacity management and there may be time restrictions in place.
The Whispering Gallery is closed to the public until further notice.
Respectful photography is allowed.

It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.
Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility (except the rides)
For the Drop Dead ride, guests must be at least 1.4 meters tall.
For the Tyrant Boat ride, guests must be at least 1 meter tall.
Both rides are not recommended for pregnant women, heart patients, guests who have undergone recent surgery or suffer from back/neck pain or are photosensitive or epileptic.
Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: large bags, camera equipment, flash photography, food and beverages.
This experience is restricted for guests aged 12 and under.
