A great deal for those looking to see London from every angle. Utterly practical and convinient, you go from a bus, to the Eye and right below the Eye are the boats. The boat capitain was hillarious on the speakers.

Lack of available representatives when first locating a hop on/hop off bus stop. Information was confusing and resulted in multiple buses being missed before making our way to the desired locations of interest. Need to return to the representative to redeem London Eye and River Cruise tickets was also a little less effective than it needed to be.
