Hello, After having booked the tickets for the London Eyes, I recommend the experience, but I find that the ticket remains expensive for just 30min of wheel, even if the sight from the top of this one remains impregnable. I would recommend this activity, especially at night.

On November 17 I booked tickets for the London Eye for December 11 and when I arrived in London the reservation was made on November 17 which I had not put, I do not know if it is an error of the page or what but I will not buy tickets with you again. The ride was nice.

The process was so smooth that we almost couldn't believe it. We had pre-ordered tickets but there wasn't a long queue. Maybe 5 minutes waiting time. We were there during the week and the weather was medium. It is barrier-free and the staff put ramps in front of the gondolas so that nothing can happen. Can only be recommended

The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. They carried out their duties in a professional - but friendly and welcoming way. Check-in was simple, the gentlemen at the security check were thorough but did not cause me any stress ahead of my long awaited experience. As it turned out, I was so excited I left my backpack behind me at the checkpoint and only realised this when the doors of my gondola were closing. The team loading visitors into the gondolas assured me that the bag would be put aside and kept with care. The expeirence on the London Eye itself was fantastic. There were four of us in the gondola and the other couple (featuring a wheelchair user) and my sister and I rotated positions in the gondola so we all got to see every angle throughout the flight. When we disembarked, it was a simple process to get back to the security checkpoint and when I told the person at the checkpoint that I had forgotten my bag, he asked some questions to verify that I really did know the bag in question. I then signed for the bag and we were good to go. SUPER EXPERIENCE and would highly recommend doing it on a clear day in November.

The views from up high are exceptional. No light background music. No pinpoint focus guide. Photo counter could not accept cash so i had to leave my photos.

Make the most of your trip to London by visiting the Tower Bridge and London Eye with this budget-friendly combo for an ultimate sightseeing experience.

Tower Bridge and engineering marvels

Tower Bridge, a high-level walkway best known for its Victorian Engine Rooms, is a must-see in London. Explore the tower at your own pace and spot St. Paul's dome, the Shard's silhouette, and the Tower of London, among others. Observe the process behind the bridge's construction through interactive exhibits. Make your way to transparent walkways, a recent addition to the attraction. Peer down at the bustling London life from a great height and see its double-decker buses, black cabs, and even the occasional river cruise. Don't forget to visit the Victorian Engine Rooms to check out the steam engines that once raised the bascules (the lifting sections) to allow tall ships to pass through.

Eye spy with the London Eye

The tallest cantilevered observation wheel in Europe, the London Eye, offers a 360-degree view of the city from a high-tech comfortable capsule. Get to see London from a very unique, elevated perspective for 30 minutes and move around the capsule to capture the best views. Designed by the husband-wife team of David Marks and Julia Barfield, this iconic attraction is symbolic of London. Catch the 4D experience that talks about its history, before hopping onto the ride, to make your experience more interactive.
