Very well organised. Great welcome and instructions from the team. A real positive is that you are instructed by a team member from initial safety briefing, to kit room, to photos, to ascent and descent. Including a very interesting "tour at the top". Our guide was Cheryl and she did an excellent job! Not just with our group but also the other participants. Well done O2!

As expected the view is incredible (even though it was raining). Don't go if you are afraid of heights you can get a little light headed easily. The working team was nice and welcoming. We even went back at night to see its decorations !Celia

Very quick admission even though lots of other guests at the attrachtion. Clean cabin, not overly crowded. Besided that a sufficient and clean number of restrooms for the guests at the tourist center across the street. Great experience we would not have liked to miss.
