We were fast tracked and then within minutes on the eye! As well accepted at earlier time then originally booked! Yahoo!

Booking the champagne experience was a very good decision. No waiting in line, first class service in the lounge and later in the London Eye cabin. We were very lucky and there were only four of us with 2 guides and we had plenty of space and first class assistance. The staff were very friendly, explained a lot and took great photos of my wife and me.

Being holiday time the crowds were very large. While the Eye experience was great, there were far too many people in our pod. This restricted movement especially when a group of young people sat on the floor (backs to the view!!) taking "selfies".

The "flight" was beautiful. The champagne lounge is dirty and the chandelier needs a really good washing! Shameful to mistreat something that was obviously very attractive when first installed.
