I found the ticketing experience easy and efficient. The boat was very comfortable and all staff, on board and on land, were friendly and helpful. It was far more pleasant than travelling by bus or tube

diificulty to find the destination, we had to get off at battersea and our uber finally stopped at millbank and turned around, we got off to take an uber to battersea, not having understood your staff's explanations we went to battersea by bus.

Easy way to view the London area and travel from one end to the other! The boat experience is a must, and we've done it more than once with our visits. Easier too than taking the tube to hit riverside sites.

Accessibility

All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.
There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.
All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.
Your guide dogs are welcome on the transport.

Additional information

Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.
Larger boats have baby-changing tables.
