The story
A story about the trials and tribulations of love, Hadestown focuses on two couples — the poverty-ridden Orpheus and Eurydice and the King of the Underworld, Hades and his wife, Persephone. When Persephone is miserable about returning to the Underworld after she visits the world above, Hades heads out to search for someone who will appreciate the offerings of his home. He finds Eurydice and convinces her to move to the Underworld in exchange for food and protection. Eurydice agrees and becomes a worker at Hadestown, the dark underground factory of Hades. When Orpheus finds out, he vows to save Eurydice. What follows is a heartbreaking tale of sacrifice, triumph and the mysterious machinations of fate.

Ticketing worked fine. Entry to theatre very smooth. Helpful attendants on hand to usher you in from pavement to bar to seat and to assist at interval. All efficient and friendly. Oh, and then the site was as great as everyone has said

I loved the production - it was amazing, however sometimes sound were a little too loud and it was quite hard to understand all of the lyrics of the song.
