Pippin, a young prince with big dreams goes on a quest to find himself, his place, and his purpose in life. Set in the 1967 Summer of Love, Pippin has it all: vaudeville, magic, comedy, and romance!
Pippin is based on the book by Roger O. Hirson, with music and lyrics from theatre great, Stephen Schwartz. It is now reimagined in a new production, directed by Jonathan O'Boyle. The show stars Tony Award winner Alex Newell (Shucked), Olivier Award winner Patricia Hodge (Downton Abbey, Miranda), Lucie Jones (Waitress, Les Misérables, Wicked) Cedric Neal (Guys & Dolls, Back to the Future) Zizi Strallen, (Mary Poppins, Strictly Ballroom, Follies) Jac Yarrow (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Newsies). It also features a 20-piece orchestra and a 50-strong choir.
