The town of Nottingham is facing difficult times. Taxes are on the rise and the corrupt Sheriff is the cause for the poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer. The Sheriff answer to the usurper, Prince John, who is plotting the murder of the King. Ab and of friends, living as outlaws in Sherwood Forest, led by Robin Hood realize that this is their chance to make a change. Can she protect the king’s rule and liberate the people of Nottingham from the clutches of the vile Sheriff?
A legendary figure in English folklore, Robin Hood was a highly skilled swordsman and archer. Despite there being no conclusive evidence of his existence, he has become one of the best-known legendary figures of English folklore. Iris Theatre brings back the story of Robin Hood to life, with Teresa Burns in charge of the story and Rafaella Marcus in charge of direction. An action-packed adventure awaits you in Sherwood Forest, set in the open atmosphere of the St. Paul’s Church in Covent Garden!
