Playing for a limited run at the Noël Coward Theatre, The Last Laugh reimagines the lives of three of Britain's finest comedians.
Great for
Comedy enthusiasts
A brilliant play from the mind of award-winning writer and director Paul Hendy, The Last Laugh brings three of Britain's greatest comedic talents back to the stage for a limited run at the Noël Coward Theatre following its sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The story
The Last Laugh drops us into a pre-show dressing room meeting between Bob Monkhouse, Eric Morecambe, and Tommy Cooper. As the trio waits for their cue, they talk shop, the meaning of comedy, and what it takes to craft the perfect joke.

You expect the stalls to be on the ground floor not underground and as a disabled person, I found the vast amount of stairs extremely arduous.George

The seats in the Royal Circle were very good, the music before the performance was lovely to reminisce and the show itself was brilliant. Wonderful cast.Mr

Absolutely everything about it. Front row seat, a great set and brilliant performances from all three actors. Would recommend to anyone.Karen

Whole show was brilliant from start to finish, and I loved it. Blown away by the skill in which all 3 actors not only looked the part, but more impressively sounded and mimicked mannerisms brilliantly. A really funny experience with an unexpected twist at the end which took the whole experience up another level.Roger

Well acted. Good script. Memories of comedy legends Priestleyesque twist on the dimensions of Time. Hugely enjoyed this play.. Will see it again.
