The guide was excellent, She explained everything and we had the opportunity to see in a different light the paintings that we were admiring. I really liked the museum, I love art and never miss an opportunity to go to a museum. The only thing is that the security guard was very rude to us. Nobody explained to us that we can not take pictures and there is not any sign in any place. One person of my group took one and the guard yielded at her in front of everybody and tell her that next time she was going to take her out of the museum, the moment was very embarrassed. We always respect the rules but she didn't know that we couldn't take pictures and the problem was the reaction of the guard. Usually in other museums they allow so that's why we didn't know. We went to see Sorolla collection and it was beautiful and they allow to take pictures.

I took both the Red and Green routes. The sights along the routes were great. However, the audio guide does not match the sights very well. Most of the time, we would have past the monument before hearing about it. The conductor on the Green route made some announcements but his English was hard to understand. The location of the bus stops are not well marked and some are different from the map. We missed stop 9 of the red route and had to wait for the next bus.

The app is rubbish. The bus stops are difficult to find. I thought I could find the nearest bus stop with the app but the app is totally useless. The bus route map should be provided or downloadable upon purchase of tickets

The museum was great but I thought I had purchased the audio guide which would have been helpful for walking around the museum. Both my ticket and this review said I had the audio guide included but that wasn't the case. I spent over 20 minutes trying to access it. Very frustrating and I paid 20 euros ahead of time and just could have bought a ticket at the door since I didn't get the audio too!

The Prado Museum Is One of great museums in the world. Could to give five stars but only one because I did not do it Is that make foto in the Museum Is prohibited Wich makes a great discomfort. We are tourists and is we want to take memories at the return. I have faced this the first time and it disappointed so much. Other side it was a great experience. Thanks.
