None of the options above is totally true. I had to pick something in order just to write here to add one note. At the security entrance , while putting my stuff for a scan, my partner also started to mix her stuff with mine....simple human error. But., security lady, small build in her 50's, took her personal bag and was saying something in Spanish and schooling her to wait her turn and then thrown her bag towards scan box. This behaviour is unaccaptable in places like this, acting frustraded and reacting in unprofessional manner. Throwing someones belongings like it is her own is disrespect towards a visitor. This didn't change our views on the whole venue and our experience but it would be much better without army attitude enter. Best regards

All very well, the palace is incredibly large and al quid very detailed! The guide's explanation was so well done that it was like reliving the experience of the royal family

You need to indicate when you make the ticket that the visit to the royal kitchens is not included but you have to make a separate ticket, when we arrynoi at 10am the tickets for the kitchens were already all sold out, serious lack on your part

All very smooth - one pair of ticks dust quite come through properly but there was a speedy reply and new ones sent by email - great service - one thing that could improve this would be if the tickets/QRcodes could be downloaded onto Apple Wallet or as a pdf

Please note that access to the museum is only possible up to 30 mins before closing time.
Some sections of the museum are sometimes subject to last-minute closures at the authorities' discretion.
Admission is free from Mon to Sat: 6pm to 8pm, and Sun & holidays: 5pm to 7pm.
Your ticket allows you to skip the 'ticket' line and not the security lines.
