If you are carrying a wheelchair, it is considered as occupying a 27-inch luggage capacity. Therefore, it is recommended to opt for a 7-seater MPV for a comfortable ride.

For the airport pick-up service, a grace period of 90 minutes is applied, starting from your flight arrival time. Meanwhile, for the airport drop-off service, a grace period of 15 minutes is applied, starting from the time of your reservation.

Infants are considered as single passengers.

Pets are permitted during airport transfers, however, they must remain inside a pet carrier while in the car.

The passengers and luggage should not exceed the limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancellation of the service.

You are allowed to check in upto 2 pieces of 20” luggage.

All transfers take place on Perodua Myvi, Honda Jazz, Naza Kia, or a similar range.

5-Seater Comfort

You are allowed to check in up to 3 pieces of 24” luggage.

All transfers take place on Nissan Almera, Toyota Vios, Honda Civic, Perodua Alza, or similar range.

7-Seater MPV

You are allowed to check in up to 4 pieces of 24” luggage.

All transfers take place on Toyota Innova, Honda Odyssey, Nissan Serena, or similar range.
