In the middle of March, on a Friday, there were very few visitors. You could get into all the rooms and exhibits without any problems. The audio guide worked very well and accurately. The tiket sale, audio output is no longer in the place as indicated. An employee sent us on.View original review in GermanRenate

We enjoyed the visit. We had been told in advance that the ticket would be forfeited if we didn't get there on time. As our train arrived at 11.40 am, we "ran" to the castle. The stress would not have been necessary as the people there were very relaxed. We were refused a rebooking half an hour later and the ticket was 10 zloty more expensive with them. We could have saved ourselves all this if we hadn't booked through them...View original review in GermanRoger

Our visit to the castle was very nice, but we had to pay extra for the audio-guide, even though it was indicated in our booking that it was included. They told us that our ticket was not valid for both. So be sure to get all the information you need before selling tickets.View original review in FrenchMaija
