The system of receiving a QR code which doesn't appear to link to anything of use, and then having to go through and individually convert the Headout tickets to zoo tickets was unnecessarily complicated and created added stress. I've never had to undergo such a procedure with any booking in the past, third party or not. I've always just received either pdf or QR code tickets in the email. Additionally the ten percent discount for booking two tickets within 24hrs did not work despite trying multiple browsers and credit cards so that honestly feels like a bit of a scam; the second I booked without inputting the discount code it worked no problem. I did not receive any tickets for my booking and they denied entry as they don't see any booking and took 30min to finally agree to give us a seat , I tried Chat option in the App but it doesn't help , overall terrible experience with the tickets not being available either in App or through email .

Arriving on time at 9am is crucial for making the best of this experience. It takes roughly 10 minutes to walk from the entrance of the zoo to the Ah Meng restaurant.

The animal appearance starts at 9:15am and ends by 10am. The animals' appearance time is not fixed and will depend on the animals' well-being and weather conditions.
