Not usually a fan of zoos but have visited Singapore Zoo twice in the past during the day. Loved seeing a great variety of animals in a night time setting, in what seems like good enclosures.

I was with my family 3some. I did not book time slot after booking my tickets, which was full that day. Just when we thought we have to come back another day, a lady staff was so nice to let us in after taking picture of our time slots for the next day. She made our day! 😃

Headout stafff responded to my questions promptly. If the time slots for the tram ride can be more ecplicit before customers buy the ticket, it will be more helpful for them to make suitable decisions for individual needs. The website now is only for making payment first. The available time slots came after the payment was completed. For a tourist with time constraints, the system can be improved by listing available time slots before the customer decides whether to buy the ticket or not. I found the available time slots were too late for me, and the payment was not refundable. Facing such a situation, I needed the staff to let me know whether it was allowed for me to go to the zoo earlier even I had to wait onsite for taking the tram ride. It was kind of frustrating to bear worrisome along the excitement to visit the zoo! I do appreciate your help and hope this feedback can Be helpful to improve the system issue. Thank you

My first experience 5 years ago made me come back to see night safari, I was disappointed because most of the animals were no longer there such as the zebra and giraffes

Waterside wonders

Step into River Wonders, Asia's unique water-themed wildlife park, where you'll journey through recreations of the world's great rivers – from the Ganges to the Mississippi. Come face-to-face with over 11,000 incredible creatures, from tiny fairy cichlids to massive giant river otters. Catch the 'Once Upon a River' show to learn more about them in an engaging way. Want more adventure? Grab a ticket for the Amazon River Quest on-site and cruise through winding waterways, spotting exotic animals like capybaras, jaguars, and giant anteaters along the way.

Show timings: Creatures of the Night at 7:30pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm & Twilight Performance at 8pm & 9pm.
