• The hike is not suitable for children under 8 years old.

• This hike requires some fitness, as the track covers an 11 km distance and typically takes around 3.5 hours to complete.

• The average walking speed is approximately 3 km per hour, and there's a modest 50-meter elevation gain.

• The trail can be uneven and rocky at times, and wet weather might add some extra difficulty.

• Please note that infants and young children cannot participate in the excursion due to safety concerns related to weather conditions and the pace of the hike.

• Young children may not be able to stay warm in wet weather, and infants would be in backpacks for up to 4 hours, potentially getting wet and cold without the ability to warm up or keep up with the guide's pace (approximately 3 km - 3.5 km per hour).
