We were VERY frustrated (once again! ~ same experience at Quinta de Regaleira!!) that the audio guide would not download!! Now we have paid an extra (at least !) 14 Euros (between the two tours) for NO audio service!! WE WILL NO LONGER REQUEST (and pay for! ) AUDIO GUIDES FOR ANY FUTURE TOURS. Fortunately, the download did work for Penal Palace but we found SEVERAL inaccuracies. In hindsight, we would not have purchased that audio guide. We thought that going to the direct sights to purchase our tickets would have resulted in better value.

Very long waiting time (almost 2 hours) despite low season. Short experience in the monastery. Audio guide was booked and was not provided on site. Please refund the excess money to me!

We didn't manage to see the High Heart. Our audio guide showed us the cloister first, then asked us to go back to see the High Heart, which a security guard refused to do. Disagreeable, not even taking the time to understand our wish! Apart from this individual, the rest of the team was pleasant. You could be more specific about the fact that you can't visit the church directly from the monastery (which is a pity) and that you have to go out and queue again.
