Main Entrance
The Main Entrance is located at 550 Tyabb-Tooradin Road, Pearcedale. It’s clearly signposted from the road and adjacent to the main car park. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with flat pathways and step-free access to the ticket counter and reception. If you have mobility needs, staff are happy to assist, and accessible restrooms are available near the entrance. For Night Tours, check in at reception at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Night Tour Hours: Night Tours run from April to September, typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Tours begin at sunset (exact time varies seasonally) and last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Check-in: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in at reception.
Last Entry: Entry for Night Tours closes promptly at the tour start time; late arrivals may not be admitted.
Special Closures: Night Tours do not operate on public holidays or during extreme weather for animal welfare. Always check your booking and the official website for updates before your visit.
