Me and my friend had the best time! Sanjaja was the best guide we could have asked for. He was very knowledgeable about Batur and told us many useful information. We managed to be first at the top and thanks to that had the best place to watch sunrise. Thank you Sanjaja for the amazing experience!

We did the jeep tour to Mount Batur, and it was hands down the highlight of our trip. Our driver, Kadek Dwika, picked us up from Seminyak at 2:40am. He was professional, friendly, and shared great insights along the way. His vehicle was clean and comfortable, and communication beforehand was excellent—everything was clearly organised with no confusion at all. The long drive to the base felt easy and relaxing thanks to him. At the base, we met our jeep driver, Yudha, who was absolutely fantastic. We feel very lucky to have had him for the sunrise tour. He was well prepared, provided us with breakfast, and his vehicle handled the rocky terrain safely and comfortably. Yudha shared interesting facts about the area and went above and beyond by taking incredible, professional-quality photos for us—such a bonus! The views at sunrise were breathtaking, and Uda’s friendly, accommodating attitude made the experience even more special. After the tour, we met back up with Kadek, who made the return journey just as enjoyable—great music, more local insights, and a safe, smooth ride back home. Thank you to the whole team for such an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough!

The driver and tour guide were just amazing. Hot springs is something mandatory after hiking nd then nice coffee tasting next to beautiful view. This experience pays off all the money spent on it!

I had a great experience on this tour and wanted to specifically highlight the excellent service from the team. Toni was fantastic with the hotel transfers—very punctual and professional. Nick did an incredible job with the 4x4 drive up Mt Batur; he’s a skilled driver and a skilled photographer who made the ascent both safe and the experience at the summit memorable Excellent service all around. The tour was nice. Sunrise was on point. The trek was pretty hard, you may want to add an advisory for the trek, not for beginners. After the trek loved the flexibility of having a personal car taking us around with live suggestions and dynamically updating intineraries based on the mood. What made the tour extra special was our driver, D. He left no stone unturned to make our day very special. From being our personal photographer to actually becoming a really good friend, he made the day much more enjoyable. He made sure we didn't miss out on anything, while also keeping in mind how tired we were or what our mood was, drafting an itinerary we could never find in a pre planned itinerary/ package. He extended the duration of his tour without even mentioning it or asking for anything because we wanted to shop around a little bit. In fact he helped us find the right shops for exactly what we needed. All in all the day was one of the best days of our trip and D made sure we were all smiles throughout. Thank you!
