The experience was very good, the guide Louis was always attentive and explained each stop. The only thing I can observe is that you have very little time at each of the stops to be able to enjoy the places more.

The tour was delayed from the initial departure, we hit some traffic on the way to the volcano and part of the tour was ruined. We missed a temple due to the guide's lack of time and disorganization. He got lost in the places and didn't know exactly where to find the tour bus. His English was confusing and all the tourists were also confused about the times and meeting points. All in all, the tour itself and the places visited were very beautiful. But it's a tour I highly recommend!

there was a confusion with our booking, the name was not on any of the lists, and in the confusion and chaos of the meeting point nobody was helping us, some of the guides even ignored us, except Sawaki. he helped to contact us with the company, and when even they were not able to sort the isue out he offered to change our reservation to his group. he really saved the day for us, he was extreemly kind, very informative and professional, and gave us an amazong daytrip to Mt Fuji. the programmes were great, everything was on time, but Sawaki really stood out with his kindness. He is one of those people whom one might never meet again, but shall always remember.

Tom was a fantastic tour guide. He explained the sites thoroughly. Most importantly, he told us every spot on the way. Mt. Fuji was covered by heavy clouds when we arrived, but we were glad that we captured Mt. Fuji on the bus ride because of Tom. The driver was also friendly.

The experience was incredible, we saw my fugi from afar from inside the boat, we went to a volcano and saw some lakes with the best water in the world! The guide was also very attentive, great with timetables and special requests.

Your adventure begins with a pick-up in Tokyo, whisking you away to the beautiful Hakone area. First stop? The iconic Hakone Shrine and its famous floating torii gate on Lake Ashi. It's a sight that'll take your breath away, especially if you catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji reflected in the lake. Next, you'll hop aboard a pirate ship (yes, really!) for a cruise across Lake Ashi. After that, you'll soar up the Hakone Ropeway for some incredible views of the surrounding landscape.

Volcanic vibes & mountain magic

At Owakudani, you'll feel like you've stepped onto another planet with its volcanic vibes. Don't forget to try the famous black eggs - they're said to add seven years to your life! Then you're off to Yamanakako Shiratori-hama, where you can snap the perfect pic of swans with Mount Fuji in the background. Your final stop is Oshino Hakkai, home to eight crystal-clear springs. Here, you'll see Mount Fuji from yet another stunning angle before heading back to Tokyo, your camera full and your heart even fuller.
