They ask you to be there in advance and so we did. The meeting point is in front of the Danielis hotel, so we were there for a while looking for someone. We didn't find anyone, so we asked at the vaporetto station in front and after waiting in line they told us that it wasn't there because they had no idea. We wandered around the area and the time seemed to be running out. The instructions on the ticket didn't say anything else. When there were 5 minutes left we asked a kiosk in the area and they pointed us to a small booth next to a street food stand. The booth was located just outside the Bridge of Sighs, so the directions were wrong and misleading. The lady at the establishment attended to us immediately and told us that the boat was leaving in 2 minutes and that we had to cross 3 bridges to get to the pier. The lady never contacted the boat to let us know that we hadn't found the spot. We had to run through the crowds of people in the area and we arrived just when they were about to remove the bridge connecting the pier and the boat. The rest of the experience was fine, the guide only offered information during the boat trip, the rest was free time to see the towns. They allow 1 hour for each town, which is not enough for Murano and Burano, considering that nowhere do they give you extra time to eat, you have to find your own way and therefore lose time to see the towns. The town of Torcello is very small and there is little to see, so 1 hour seems too long.

The journey was great but 1H on each isle is a bit too little time maybe 1h30 should be great. For the demonstration of glass blower, the guy has begun his demonstration a well before everyone get sat. And the girl started the explaination a the same time so for the people who were a the back of the boat we missed a part of the first explaination.

The trip overall was very nice, the boat was comfortable and ride relaxing. It is a good choice for a day trip, everyone is kept busy all day long and time is passing fast. We enjoyed the Murano and Burano islands most. There were lack of time in Murano, which is larger island, same time we didn't fint Torcello exciting enough to spend an hour there. I would suggest organisers to revise times - add a bit time to Murano on Torcello's credit. For other participants I suggest visiting small shops in the streets of Murano where is larger choice and better prices comparing to shop in fabric visited (it was the most expensive place to buy Murano glass around all the Venice). In conclusion I want to say - the trip was nice and worth it.

It was a wonderful day, allowing us to discover these 3 very typical islands, especially Burano, the most beautiful with its colorful houses. However, we were very disappointed with Murano, which we couldn't visit because we didn't have enough time! We'd either have to leave earlier or eliminate Torcello, which is less interesting.

The address provided for the start of the outing was not the initial meeting point. It was for the departure of the boat. It should be for the meeting point and then staff at the meeting point can direct people to the boat. We left 20 extra minutes to sort everything out. Thank goodness, because we had to sprint from the meeting point, over three bridges and in extreme crowds to make it onto the boat. It was unnecessarily stressful, especially for our kids.

Explore the gorgeous Venetian Lagoon starting from St. Mark's Square, and immerse yourself in the unique charm of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Tours are offered in English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish.

By midday, arrive at Burano, famous for its vibrant, lace-making heritage. Marvel at the bright, colorful houses and savor local delicacies like risotto de gò (local fish risotto) at your leisure.
