It was not crowded when we went to visit the museum. The exhibits were amazing, not to mention the dome architecture was truly something to marvel at as well.

Ticket purchase was very easy and quick through Headout.
The crocodile farm was good. A nice trip for the kids and interesting to see the big crocodiles and learn more about them. Service at the okavango cafe was poor. Slow service and we were told drinks on the menu (juice) not available but then we purchased some directly at the bar....
Overall we enjoyed the experience but there are definitely points for improvement

The museum of the future is a show in itself, and the frame when you get to the top is a surprise. I really enjoyed them both. A tip: buy your tickets and book to visit in the morning, after 12 noon both museums are full.
