The whole thing was jaw-dropping and very emotional, especially when you heard the real victims of the tragedy, speaking on the phone to their family members. Truly a very beautiful memorial, from top to bottom, regarding a moment in time that I hope we never forget! Kudos to all of the representatives stationed at various points answering questions! They were very informative, and truly incredible!

Myself and my husband visited the museum on January 4th 2025 and I was speechless. We are from Scotland and had only ever seen what happed on the TV and I was deeply devastated by the tragedy. When I knew I was coming to NYC I knew I was going to visit as all I've wanted to do was pay my respects. However being there feet on the ground seeing it all is something I couldn't possibly have imagined. I felt it all. I was so over whelmed with emotions it was something else. What you guys have done to remember all that was lost that day is just incredible and It must have been so difficult to do I take my hat off to you all. You are my superheros. To build something so amazing out of the darkness is just amazing. I would happily visit again
