You have to go to tourist information cabins in Barcelona to redeem you tickets. Everything was fine with the public transport and the museums! Recommending! :)

Very good experience. The card allowed us to do lots of free activities, and for those that weren't, we didn't get discounts on some of them. One small drawback was that the transport card was only valid in zone 1 of Barcelona. Information we didn't have at the outset. As a contribution, a plot of the sites from your position would be ideal.

I bought the ticket online in the hope that I would be able to book visits to the various museums and attractions included or with a discount in advance. However, it doesn't work like that, as you need to have your card in hand. When I arrived at the museums, I was able to enter without paying and almost all of them didn't have long queues. I was able to use public transport without any problems.

Hola Barcelona is a very useful pass. It gives you access to more than 25 museums and attractions and included passage on all public transportation, excluding night buses and aerobuses. The minimum is for 72 hours from when it is activated, so if you plan to stay in Barcelona for less it is not worth taking it. I didn't take full advantage of it because I only enjoyed 2 full days. But still, I visited the Picasso museum, the chocolate museum, another modern art one, the name of which escapes me now, and used the metro and buses several times. I would have liked to visit the Egyptian museum but it was closed on Sunday 😒 Barcelona is a fantastic city! I recommend that you make a definite plan of places to visit so you don't miss the opportunities that Hola Barcelona offers.

Discover many of Barcelona’s cultural and leisure attractions for free, or at a reduced price! The Barcelona All Inclusive Card is a one-of-a-kind tourist pass that lets you visit the museums and other points of interest in Barcelona, while also allowing you access to the public transport facilities.

The pass has three options to choose from: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day. With included admission to over 70 attractions and skip-the-line access to some of them, you can even save on the time it takes you to explore a point of interest. In addition to offering incredible savings, the Barcelona Card also comes with a travel guidebook with information about free deals and discounts along with their location on the city map. The guide is available in six languages: English, Catalan, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

Seamless Activation

You will receive an email with the Barcelona All Inclusive Card voucher. You will be required to visit any of the ticket redemption points to redeem your e-ticket for a physical ticket.
The ticket redemption points are Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona Airport Terminals (T1, T2 & Metro Lobby L9), Mirador de Colom, Plaça Espanya & Sagrada Familia.
Validity: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) chosen. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and take any public transport on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday plus all of Tuesday and Wednesday.

The card can be used to access an attraction only once.
The transport pass is not valid on night buses.
Some attractions may require reservations. Your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.
Opening hours and terms and conditions of certain attractions may sometimes vary. It is recommended to check the website(s) of the attraction or museum before your visit to plan accordingly.
The pass cannot be used by another person.

You will receive an email with your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation ticket voucher instantly. Please take your e-voucher to any of the ticket redemption point and redeem your e-tickets for physical tickets.

Ticket Redemption Points

The ticket can be redeemed at any of the Tourist Information Offices between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM(unless indicated otherwise). Please proceed to any of the following locations to redeem the tickets:

Plaça Catalunya: 17, Basement.
Aeroport de Barcelona: Airport terminals T1, T2 and metro lobby L9
Mirador de Colom: Plaça Portal de la Pau, s/n.
Plaça Espanya: Plaça Espanya, s/n - Avinguda Maria Cristina (November-June open daily between 9 AM - 3 PM; July-September, open daily between 8.30 AM - 7.30 PM).
Sagrada Familia: Plaça de la Sagrada Família (November-June open daily between 9 AM - 3 PM; July-September, open daily between 8.30 AM - 7.30 PM).
