The Story

Mamma Mía! The Musical has the fictional Greek island of Kalokairi as its backdrop. Sophie, a young bride-to-be, is at the centre of this romantic comedy. She doesn't know who her father is so, in a bid to find him in order to walk her down the aisle, Sophie invites 3 men to her wedding. Her suspected fathers are Sam, Bill and Harry, who had been her mother's lovers around the time she was conceived. Will she find her father? Go on a rollercoaster ride with your Mamma Mía! It is a very funny musical and, during the show, you disconnect from everything and you laugh and, if you like ABBA, as I do, you can't miss it.

The place did not have an elevator for people with unlimited ascent. They should provide an alternative other than stairs.

The Rialto Theater welcomes you upon entering with a very nice "Mamma Mia" style set. The atmosphere that is created immediately is of good vibes and complicity. We liked the play very much! Knowing the movie very well, at the beginning you have to get used to the actors, and to the fact that they sing in Spanish ;-) There were also adaptations to the stage format, but we think they were very well done. We had a great time, we laughed and cried. What more could we ask for? Thank you!

Great overall experience- I don't even speak Spanish. Music and the energy the performers put into their characters made the show a success.

Excellent musical with a first class cast. The atmosphere was very entertaining. However the Rialto theater in the lower part has a large roofed segment, be careful when buying tickets in that sector (if I am not mistaken low stalls) the acoustics and visibility are distorted, it was really annoying and affected our experience, especially after paying 180 euros for 2 people!
