Enjoy this unique trip as your English and Spanish speaking guide takes you galavanting to the region of Granada and veer south to encounter the first city of the Alpujarra, Lanjarón. Seen as the gateway to region, Lanjarón is renowned for its mineral water sold all over Spain and its spa water, which is said to have been celebrated over the centuries because of its healing properties.
From there, cross the picturesque landscapes till you arrive in Pampaneira, along with being home to the Iglesia de Santa Cruz, a 16th-century Mudéjar church it is one of Spain's and Europe’s highest cities. Pause at this peak to take in the phenomenal panoramics of the Poqueira Valley and maybe take a picture or two to look back on the memory later.
Meander through the narrow streets surrounded by white houses while learning about the life and architecture in the village of Bubión as you begin descent. Capture your imagination with subtleties of the village of Capileira, where the house complement the climate and the rugged terrain of this area.
