would be nice to better signage throughout metro and buses wasn't clear also a map wasn't porvided We didn't have wifi most of the day so very difficult to get around also clear insturctions on the booking would have helped and addresses. We did enjoy our trip when we finally found where to go.Catalina

we were waitung 1,5h in the queue. That`s ok. But when you get tickets online you wait longer than if you get the tickets at the ticket counter. This process isn'nt right. The experience with the cable car was great, thanx.John

The cable car ride was excellent but the queuing system was not great and very disorganised on the way to the Buddha and could not see any fast track available or any advantages in pre booking tickets. Fast track tickets available on return which were being sold to people queuing for the return trip for an extra 100 Hong Kong dollars. Which we did

The experience was absolutely breathtaking and I had a great time. The staff was friendly and always ready to help people. What made me downrate the feedback is the fact that there was no way to download the qr-code tickets without the app, therefore we had to queue even though we had a confirmed reservation. My suggestion is to allow people to download a pdf file with the reservation qr-code regardless the app.

Ngong Ping Cable Car
Ngong Ping Cable Car is a visually spectacular 5.7km bi-cable ropeway.
