Our experience didn't take place. We were waiting for a hotel pick up for more than 90 minutes but no one came nor we heard from anyone there would be someone on the way. Chating assistents had no information, were not in touch with local provider and unable to help us. We organised our own transport to the Night safari but our tickets were not recognised (despite information by chatting assistant they would enable admission). We had to buy new ones at the counter and thus paid for both the tickets and transport twice. Since then we have been asking Headout to return us money back, but nothing has happened so far. Throughout our chat conversations (with bots probably) we have heard many times about "escalating our issue" and that they were "looking into it". But nothing tangible came out of it - just empty phrases and promises. We do not even know whether there was any driver who should have come for us and provided the real admission tickets or whether it has been all a scam. The worst experience ever. Not only we lost money (we still hope to get it back but see the chances slim), but also a lot of time and nerves.Eitan
