Very easy to buy tickets, although I was not able to take advantage of the 10% I got. The convent is beautiful. But in my opinion it could cost a tad less. There is only the outside porch tour to do.

When we arrived at the monastery they only let us access the cloister but not the church which was closed.... The truth is that paying almost 20€ to enter a cloister in which we were basically 10 minutes was quite disappointing... A pity since it was the second time I went there and I remembered it as the best place in town... I think the prices do not match the reality.

The monastery is very beautiful but the Church was closed and this was not written at all, so I did not understand how mail the ticket cost was so high, almost double the purchase at the box office

The architecture of the monastery is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our Lisbon trip. However, the visit to the adjacent church is a total waste of time. The building is under extensive renovation, so you could only see less than 2% of the church (one can only walk in 30 feet from the entrance). Had we known that, we wouldn't even wait in line for 5 minutes for a 1 minute visit. In addition, the staff at the monastery are not very friendly...as if they are doing you a favor to let you in with a ticket!!!

The cloister is beautiful and beautifully kept, but beyond that there is nothing more, 18€ per person is really too much. I expected to see other interesting spaces of the whole monastery, which from the outside looks gigantic
