Reservation ok but the line to get in was long and not distinguished between those who had to make the bilietto and those who already had a reservation. In other places you would skip the line directly if you had the ticket already reserved. Overall

I loved the cloister and so did my family. The treatment of the staff working there is quite regular. The place is 100% recommendable, it is beautiful.

Convenient ticket purchasing, no problem with headout! On the other hand, there's a 1h queue to visit only the cloister in 30min if you take the time to take photos, which is a real shame... You have to queue again to visit the church. I don't think the monastery manages this very well!

The monastery was amazing. The architecture is very unique and beautiful. The online ticketing experience was smooth and easy, although I was disappointed I had to download a separate app to get access to my tickets.

You can visit Quake at any time during the day. Sessions begin every 10 minutes, and you will be able to join the first available session.
It is recommended to go at 4pm or sooner to ensure you can fully enjoy the experience.
