Toen ik Our Tickets boekte op Headout, kreeg ik meteen een WhatsApp-bevestiging met de link naar Our Tickets. De link is in feite een reserveringsnummer dat je moet laten zien bij Gate 17 van het stadion. De persoon die je begroet, laat je binnen en geeft je een paar minuten later de fysieke tickets. Zodra je binnenkomt, wordt er een foto van je gemaakt en deze foto's zijn te koop bij de uitgang. De gids leidde de rondleiding in het Portugees en Engels, maar sprak ook Frans met ons omdat mijn man en kinderen geen van beide talen spreken. We willen graag de gids van 14.30 uur bedanken die briljant was. Je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn door deze tour, het is adembenemend! We bezochten ook het museum, wat geweldig was en waar ook werd gesproken over de geschiedenis van Benfica en wereldgebeurtenissen die hun stempel op de geschiedenis hebben gedrukt!Bekijk originele review in het frans

The Lisboa card was great value, we visited 3 places that were free with it and the Aquarium where we got a discount. It worked perfectly for the metro and trams that we used multiple times a day. It was great to be able to not queue or access the sorted lines due to having the card. I would definitely recommend it!Eduardo

Leuke ervaring. We hielden van het Pena Paleis en de omgeving. Ik raad het koetsenmuseum aan. Een nadeel was dat we de Belem toren niet konden bezoeken. We kwamen daar aan en de ambtenaren gaven ons geen toegang. Ze gebruiken toeristen om baantjes te krijgen en dat is oneerlijk. Het is een slecht imago voor Portugal en touroperators als Headout moeten hier aan meewerken, want ze verkopen een belofte die niet wordt waargemaakt en het schaadt ook hun imago. Voor mij zou het eerlijk zijn om gecompenseerd te worden voor de kaartjes die in de Lissabon Card zijn opgenomen.Bekijk originele review in het spaans
