Ik vond het erg leuk om 's middags het Empire State Building te zien. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Het boeken van deze ervaring via Headout was gemakkelijk en handig.

Heel goed gelukt en een geweldig bezoek. Het moet duidelijker zijn dat je een apart kaartje nodig hebt om naar het standbeeld te gaan of dat je het van tevoren moet reserveren. Het maakt geen deel uit van het basisticket

We hadden verwacht dat mensen met kaartjes een kortere wachttijd zouden hebben. Helaas had iedereen kaartjes en moesten we 2 uur in de rij in de zon wachten tot de veiligheidscontrole. Daarna nog 1 uur tot we op het schip waren. Op Ellis Island (ook met een lange wachttijd) was er weinig tijd voor de tentoonstelling en om 17.40 uur waren we met de laatste veerboot terug in Manhattan. De tocht naar Liberty Island en Ellis Island was erg leuk. We hebben echter ruim 4,5 uur van de ruim 7 uur in de rij gestaan.

Wij zijn een pasgetrouwd stel dat vanuit Zuid-Korea naar New York is gereisd. We verbleven drie dagen in New York voordat we naar Cancún reisden. Het nachtelijke uitzicht op het Empire State Building was de beste ervaring die ik niet kan vergeten. New York is een plek waar ik echt nog een keer naartoe wil.
