Ik heb van tevoren kaartjes gekocht om uitverkoop en wachtrijen bij de kassa te voorkomen, maar omdat er geen afspraak is, sta je toch al snel 2 uur in de rij.

Ik stond vroeg op, maar de rijen waren bijna een uur lang om binnen te komen. Vooraf kaartjes kopen maakt geen verschil in het voorjaar, op beide plaatsen waren er niet meer dan 5 of 10 mensen die kaartjes kochten. Bovendien stonden de mensen in de rij en de beveiliging van de plek had geen enkele controle. Ongelooflijk in de Jeronimos waren de rijen niet latins maar Portugezen en Italianen, jonge mensen.

Prachtige plekken om te bezoeken. Ga vroeg, want er staan meestal lange rijen om binnen te komen, zelfs met online gekochte kaartjes.

De kerk van het Jerónimosklooster was gesloten voor bezoekers. De Belem Toren was gesloten voor bezoekers vanwege het weer.

Helaas had je niet op alle verdiepingen toegang tot de buitenbalkons en daardoor niet het verwachte uitzicht over de stad.
