Ondanks dat onze voucher ons vertelde dat we deze alleen maar hoefden te laten zien om onze kaartjes te krijgen, was dat niet het geval. De zeer behulpzame Hop On/Hop Off man kon het niet en we moesten je e mail ophalen en vervolgens ging hij het systeem in om een QR code te krijgen waarmee de kaartjes geprint konden worden. Dit duurde ongeveer 15 minuten. De tour was uitstekend.

Personeel was geweldig! Personeel was erg vriendelijk, respectvol en behulpzaam. Ik wou dat de app een sectie had waar stond hoeveel tijd we hebben tot de volgende bus komt, samen met de wachttijden bij haltes. Verder zouden we deze service zeker weer gebruiken.

We waren er erg vroeg op een erg koude dag. Het voordeel was dat we de dieren ongehinderd konden bekijken en veel soorten waren nog erg nieuwsgierig. Er is veel te zien bij de olifanten rond 10 uur 's ochtends, want er wordt met ze geoefend om voorbereid te zijn op examens.
