De kaartverkoop was tot het einde toe heel eenvoudig. Ook het materiaal was erg vriendelijk en meegaand met de behoeften van de klanten. De audio-opstelling was ook erg informatief met gedetailleerde analyses van de vorming van de bochten. Een geweldige ervaring die we zullen koesteren.

Een niet te missen ervaring! Het personeel was geweldig in het geven van voorlichting en het beantwoorden van vragen. De site is een wereldwonder - een unieke grot voor iedereen om te zien.

We hebben deze grot de afgelopen 30 jaar vele malen bezocht en nemen nu ook de kleinkinderen mee. Recente upgrades van de locatie en de procedures hebben het een nog betere ervaring gemaakt; goed gedaan aan het personeel ter plaatse en iedereen die betrokken was bij de upgrades. Beste grot in de omgeving👍

Tickets waren gemakkelijk te koop, service bij de receptie was geweldig, legde alles uit wat nodig was. De koptelefoons voor de grottentocht waren fantastisch, we konden op ons eigen tempo gaan. De grot zelf was geweldig en ik zal zeker nog andere grotten in de omgeving bezoeken. Bedankt!

The staff at the caves were excellent very knowledgeable which was great as we had our very inquisitive 8 year old granddaughter with us, who never stopped asking questions. The outside information boards were very informative The caves themselves were spectacular. The booking system was very easy to follow
