Echt goed beheerd. Groot publiek, maar het voelde niet druk. Je mag in de kunst spelen en elke kamer is anders. Vooral de orchideeën waren heerlijk vanwege de geur en het waden tussen de kleurrijke 'vissen' was magisch. Een bezoek meer dan waard en ik ben blij dat we vooruit hebben geboekt, want het was uitverkocht toen we halverwege de week gingen.

De mogelijkheid om in en uit de trein te stappen was goed. Ik vond de prijs van een tweedagenkaartje zeer betaalbaar. Het was enigszins verwarrend om als toerist te begrijpen hoe de treinlijnen verschillen. Het was verwarrend om te begrijpen welke lijnen beschikbaar waren om te rijden of waar je kaartjes kon inwisselen.

De auto was schoon en precies op tijd. Het omwisselen van tickets en de reservering was een beetje ingewikkeld, maar de prijs is goed.

Great to reserve seats for each segment of travel
The only down side was we could only book tickets 6 times with the machine then had to go to the ticket counter. Had to stand in line for over an hour one time. The machines should allow at least bookings before having to go to the counter

Site easy to understand mainly what is included or not in the pass. also the purchacing experience was very easy and intuitive

So far so good but there was a little hassle in the beginning when I went to the JR station to exchange the email receipt with the Hokkaido rail pass. The staff found that the same name was printed for all 3 tickets even though I have emailed the names of all 3 passengers so she had to call the JR main office to confirm before printing it out which took quite some time and caused a delay in our itinerary.

De prijs is het waard, maar het enige minpunt voor mij is de moeilijkheid om een stationskantoor te vinden als je niet uit Japan komt.

In the station that I went, I can't redeem the ticket from the machine because it's not accept the QR code, so I had to redeem from the ticket office and finally I got my tickets!
