We waren erg onder de indruk van alle tentoonstellingen, waaronder de ijsgrot en de noorderlichtshow. Het personeel was aardig en gastvrij en ook flexibel. We waren laat omdat we een tas op de bus hadden laten staan. Maar na een stressvolle ochtend werden we een uur later dan gepland opgevangen. Toen de man bij de receptie merkte dat ik de Engelse uitleg niet helemaal begreep, vroeg hij wat mijn moedertaal was en liet vervolgens een Japans uitlegbord zien, dat hij zorgvuldig uitlegde zodat ik er een foto van kon maken met mijn camera. Toen ik moeite had met het lezen van de QR-code op mijn polsband, hielp hij me. Ik was blij omdat hij glimlachte en erg aardig was. In de tentoonstelling was ik vooral onder de indruk van het noorderlicht in het planetarium. Het was ook interessant om het vanuit de ruimte te zien en het magnetische veld te visualiseren. De videovoorstelling over lava was geweldig om te zien in de projectiezaal en ook in een andere zaal waar het zelfs met behulp van de vloer werd weergegeven.
