Het was erg stressvol met haperingen in de communicatie via e-mail en WhatsApp om onze hotelaflevering terug naar ons hotel te bevestigen. Headout bevestigde dat onze boeking met hotel transfer inclusief hotel drop off was. Toen zei de partner Gray Line iets anders. Ze zeiden dat ze alleen in Deira afzetten. Dat zou niet zo moeten zijn. Je kunt misschien beter opnieuw kijken naar wat je hebt aangeboden. Als hotel transfer niet inclusief hotel drop off is, zet dat dan niet in de pakketbeschrijving. Voor de rest is de tour zelf best gaaf. De gids is ook behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

The Gold Souq was a highlight for me, as it gave me a chance to see the traditional side of Dubai and shop for unique souvenirs.
